Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra Tipped to pack up to 16GB RAM,108MP camera with 10x optical and 5000mAh Battery

Samsung is going to unveil three phones in its upcoming flagship Galaxy S20 lineup– the Samsung Galaxy S20, Samsung Galaxy S20+, and Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.

Recently, Live images of the Galaxy S20+ 5G have surfaced online and now the details of Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G phone have been leaked. As per the latest leaks, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra model will be the most premium of the Galaxy S20 series that is tipped to pack as much as 16GB of RAM, 5000mAh battery, 108MP camera with 10x optical and 100X ‘Space Zoom’ 

XDA Developer's Max Weinbach has tipped that the Galaxy S20 Ultra may arrive with 12GB and 16GB RAM options with 128GB/256GB/512GB storage options. In addition, the phone will also offer a microSD card slot option to expand the storage up to 1TB. This is the world’s first phone to pack 16GB of RAM.

For photography, the leak suggests that the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G phone could sport a 108-megapixel ISOCELL Bright HMX main camera sensor, a 48-megapixel secondary camera with 10x optical zoom lens, and a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens. It is also said to feature 100X ‘Space Zoom’ feature making use of the high megapixel count. On front, the phone may sport the 10MP Sony IMX374 sensor for selfies and videos, same as Galaxy S10/Note 10. The phone is said to support 4K 60fps video recording and 8K 30fps video recording and support for zoom-in mic feature similar to Galaxy Note 10 series.

The upcoming Samsung's flagship phone will pack a 5,000mAh battery that will offer fast charging support. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is expected to charge from zero to 100% in 74 minutes.

Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event is set for February 11 2020. The Galaxy S20 series mobiles will be unveiled at the event. We come to know more details about this phone at the Galaxy Unpacked event next month.
