Huawei has been already sold millions of Mate 30s in China within a week

Huawei has been launched officially it's flagship mobile Huawei Mate 30 series in Munich, Germany on 19th September,2019. Before releasing globally, Huawei has unveiled the Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 pro in China.

The Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 pro handsets went a first sale on 26th September,2019 and  apparently sale is going extremely well in China.  during the opening of a Huawei flagship store in Shenzhen a couple of days ago, CEO of Huawei Richard Yu announced, Huawei was sold a millions of Mate 30 phones in a three hours. This number of sale is quite impressive, but perhaps not surprising given Huawei’s popularity in its home country.

As per Canalys research, 37.3 million Huawei phones has shipped in china in the second quarter of this year which is up 31% over 2018. In fact, Huawei was the only brand to increase sales over the previous year in China and other smartphones like Apple, Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo all suffered lower sales than their 2018 numbers.

The main reason behind this sales is US trade ban of Huawei's products. Further, Most of the Android phones in china doesn't come with pre-installed google apps, so this is not a big deal for Chinese. The official price in China is lower than what was announced internationally.

The Mate 30 4G with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage costs CNY 3,999 ( INR 39870 at the current exchange rates ) and If you want 2GB more RAM, you'll need to pay CNY 4,299 (around INR 42861).

The price of Mate 30 5G with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is CNY 4,999 (INR 42861) and with 8GB+256GB is CNY 5,499 ( INR 54824) .

The Mate 30 Pro 4G with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage goes for CNY 5,799 (INR 57815.99) , and CNY 6,299 (INR 62800.99) with 8/256GB.

The Mate 30 Pro 5G is priced at CNY 6,899 (Price in India ₹ 68782.98) with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, and CNY 7,899 (₹ 78752) with 8/512GB.

The Mate 30 RS with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage goes for CNY 12,999 (Price in India around INR 129599.94).

Since Huawei would like to resolve the Google issue before its international rollout, it is not yet announced the release date for other countries that outside China. But It is expected to be available in international market by end of this month.
