Realme XT was launched on 13th september,2019. The phone comes with 6.40-inches full-HD+ Super AMOLED display along with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and the resolution of 1080x2340 pixels. It is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 and panel produces vibrant colours.

Realme XT Pro runs on Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.0 on top and is powered by an octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 SoC processor . This phone comes with three variants of RAM that is 4GB,6GB and 8GB with 64GB,128GB of internal storage.

Realme XT is the first phone in India which uses 64MP rear camera. This phone camera setup also includes an 8MP wide-angle camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. It has 16MP front facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and . Realme XT, the battery capacity is 4,000mAh and it supporst fast charging.
