Samsung Galaxy Fold is now available for Pre-Bookings in India: Check Price, features and More

Samsung was announced it's first folding smartphone "Samsung Galaxy Fold" on February,2019 in San Francisco. After the long delay made by the company in fixing the screen issues, Last week They launched this folding phone officially in India with the heavy price tag. And Today Samsung reveals the price and shipment date of Samsung Galaxy Fold.

Samsung Galaxy Fold price and Pre-Booking details:

Samsung Galaxy Fold price in India is set at Rs 1,64,999. And It comes in one storage variant of 12 GB RAM and 512 GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy Fold is available in two variant of colours that includes Cosmos Black and Space Silver. This foldable smartphone will come with Galaxy Buds headphones.

Pre-booking can be done through a samsung official website as well as select 315 offline stores across 35 cities including the Samsung Opera House in Bengaluru. 

This phone will be shipped from October 20. Samsung offers Galaxy Fold premier service to users which means They have given a helpline number 1800-20-7267864 for 24x7 customers care support. Further, There is also a one-year Infinity Flex Display Protection at a discounted price of Rs. 10,500 that includes an accidental damage coverage with one-time protection, genuine parts, expert repair service and Galaxy Fold's display.


Samsung Galaxy Fold features:

Samsung Galaxy Fold features two screens that includes a 4.6-inch front display and a 7.3-inch foldable internal screen. A hinge in the middle allows you to open and close the phone. The front display has a Super AMOLED panel with the resolution of 840x1960 pixels and 21:9 aspect ratio. The foldable display comes with Infinity Flex Dynamic AMOLED panel that has a QXGA+ (1536x2152 pixels) resolution with 4.2:3 aspect ratio.

Galaxy Fold has an octa-core SoC, paired with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage which isn't expandable using a microSD card. It uses two batteries on the inside combining to offer a total of 4,380mAh and it supports both wired and wireless charging.

In terms of camera, Samsung Galaxy Fold consists of six cameras totally. This phone has triple rear cameras that includes 16MP primary camera, 12 MP secondary camera and 12 MP telephoto camera, Two cameras on the front of 7.3inch display includes 10 MP + 8 MP and the cover of the phone includes 10 MP sensor.
