Redmi Note 8 Pro With 64-Megapixel Quad Camera Setup to Launch on October 16 in India

Same way Today Xiaomi has launched another budget-friendly mobile Redmi 8 at the starting price of Rs.7,999 in India. At the end of the event, Xiaomi India head Manju Jain announced the date of launching Redmi note 8 pro in India.

"64MP quad-camera beast" Redmi Note 8 Pro is going to launch on 16 October in India. Xiaomi was unveiled Redmi Note 8 Pro in August in China.

Redmi Note 8 Pro Specifications

Redmi Note 8 Pro features 6.53-inches FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 91.94 percent screen-to-body ratio. The phone has a teardrop-notch on the top and curved Gorilla Glass 5 panel on the back. This phone comes with a new 2GHz MediaTek Helio G90T processor equipped with a Mali G76 GPU.

The most highlighting feature of this phone is the 64MP quad-camera setup using Samsung's GW1 sensor. Redmi Note 8 Pro is the first smartphone that comes with this type of camera setup. Redmi Note 8 Pro is definitely going to compete with Realme XT Since both have a 64MP quad rear camera.

This phone also consists of 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 20MP selfie camera.

Redmi Note 8 Pro comes with three variants of memory that include 64Gb 6GB RAM, 128GB 6GB RAM, and 128GB 8GB RAM. The smartphone consists of a 4,500mAh battery and supports fast charging technology(18W).

Redmi Note 8 Pro Price in India

The price of Redmi Note 8 Pro in China starts at 1399 Yuan. So It should be priced close to China's pricing range that is approx Rs 14,000.

Additionally, Realme XT price in India starting at Rs 15,999, Redmi Note 8 Pro is also expected to set a price around INR 15,000 in India.

Redmi Note 8 Pro with 6GB+64GB storage variant model is priced at CNY 1,399 (roughly Rs. 14,000). The 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB models have been priced at CNY 1,599 (roughly Rs. 16,000) and CNY 1,799 (roughly Rs. 18,000), respectively.

Redmi Note 8 Pro Availability

Now Amazon has started publishing teaser posters of Redmi Note 8 Pro with the "Notify me" button for registration. It suggests that Redmi Note 8 pro will go for a first sale on October 16 at 12noon during the Amazon Great Indian festival. Also, It will be available on the website.

The price and availability of Redmi Note 8 Pro will be announced at the launch event on October 16.
