Redmi 8 set to Go on Sale Today via Flipkart, Mi.com, Mi Home Stores: Check Price and Offers

Xiaomi launched its budget-friendly smartphone "Redmi 8" on October 9 in India. This phone is a successor to Redmi 7 which was unveiled at the beginning of this year. The first sale of Redmi 8 went on October 12 via Flipkart and Mi.com. Today Redmi 8 is all set to go on sale once again in the country.

Redmi 8 price in India, Availablity

Redmi 8 with a 4GB+64GB storage variant model carries a price tag of Rs.7,999 as part of a special offer. This offer will exist in the market until the Xioami sells the first 5 million units of the Redmi 8 in India. 

The retail price of Redmi 8 with a 3GB+32GB storage variant is set at ₹7,999 while 4GB + 64GB storage variant model will be available at Rs.8,999.

Today Redmi 8 sale will start at 12 pm via Mi.com, Mi Home stores, and Flipkart and the phone will be available in Onyx Black, Ruby Red, Sapphire Blue, and Emerald Green colors.

Redmi 8 Offer Details 

People will get some extra discounts who purchase Redmi 8 in Mi.com. It offers a 10% instant discount on purchases made using HDFC Bank debit cards.

In terms of sale offers in Flipkart, Consumer will get 5% unlimited cash back on paying with Flipkart Axis Bank credit card or Axis Bank Buzz credit card, EMI options.

Redmi 8 Features

Redmi 8 has quiet similar features as in Redmi 8A.

Redmi 8 comes with 6.22 inches (15.8cm) Dot Notch HD+ IPS LCD Display with 1520x720 pixels display resolution.

The back panel is made up of plastic and has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on front.

Redmi 8 runs MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie OS.

This phone is powered by an octa-core(4x1.95GHz, 4x1.45GHz, A53+A53) Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor and the RAM of 3GB and 4GB.

Redmi 8 phone's internal memory capacity comes in two variants include 32GB and 64GB which is expandable up to 512GB. It packs a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.    

For photos and video, It sports an 8MP front-facing camera with an f/2.0 aperture and comes with a dual rear camera setup that includes 12MP Sony IMMX363 primary camera and 2MP depth sensor.

The phone has been designed with a Gradient finish including a fingerprint sensor on the backside. It supports face unlock authentication.
