Huawei Y8s Launch Details

The Chinese smartphone manufacturer-Huawei has launched three new mid-range smartphones- Huawei Y8s on May 6, 2020.

Huawei Y8s Features

On the front, Huawei Y8s comes with a 6.5-inch TFT IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution of 2,340 x 1,080 pixels. It measures 77.1x162.4 x8.135 mm and weighs 180 grams.

Huawei Y8s runs on Android 9 Pie with the EMUI 9.1 skin baked on top of it and is powered by an octa-core Hisilicon Kirin 710 SoC, which is paired with a Mali G51-MP4 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB/128GB of onboard storage.

The new Huawei Y8s pack a 4,000mAh battery with a standard 10W charging support. Huawei Y8s comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack.

In terms of cameras, the Huawei Y8s packs a dual rear camera setup that includes a 48MP main camera with f/1.8 lens and a 2MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, the handset boasts a dual selfie camera setup that consisting of an 8MP primary shooter with f/2.0 aperture and a 2MP secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture.

Huawei Y8s was launched in two color options – Emerald Green and Midnight Black.
